Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

Erectile dysfunction is common and highly treatable. We prescribe sildenafil (generic Viagra), tadalafil (generic Cialis), and other evidence-based medications after a short online intake. No video call. No office visit. Just a secure, private questionnaire reviewed by a licensed provider.

  • Sildenafil 20–100mg (as needed)
  • Tadalafil 5–20mg (daily or as needed)
  • Prescription sent directly to your pharmacy

Acne

Persistent acne deserves more than over-the-counter spot treatments. Our providers prescribe topical retinoids, antibiotics, and combination therapies tailored to your skin type and severity — all reviewed asynchronously from your intake photos and history.

  • Topical retinoids (tretinoin, adapalene)
  • Oral and topical antibiotics
  • Azelaic acid, clindamycin, benzoyl peroxide combinations

Bacterial Vaginosis (BV)

Bacterial vaginosis is the most common vaginal infection in women of reproductive age. It’s easily treated with antibiotics — but can be uncomfortable to discuss in person. Our discreet async intake lets you describe your symptoms privately and get a prescription without an office visit.

  • Metronidazole (oral or vaginal gel)
  • Clindamycin vaginal cream
  • Prescription sent to your preferred pharmacy

Doxy-PEP

Doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis (Doxy-PEP) is a proven strategy to reduce the risk of bacterial STIs like chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis after a potential exposure. Our providers can prescribe it after a brief intake reviewing your exposure history and health background.

  • Doxycycline 200mg taken within 72 hours of exposure
  • For use after condomless sex or exposure events
  • CDC-recommended harm reduction strategy

Herpes (HSV-1 & HSV-2)

Living with herpes doesn’t have to mean frequent outbreaks or anxiety. Antiviral therapy — either suppressive (daily) or episodic (at outbreak onset) — significantly reduces symptoms and transmission risk. Our providers prescribe these medications discreetly after reviewing your history.

  • Valacyclovir (Valtrex) — suppressive or episodic
  • Acyclovir — suppressive or episodic
  • Both HSV-1 (oral) and HSV-2 (genital) treated

Menopause

Hot flashes, sleep disruption, vaginal dryness, and mood changes — menopause symptoms are real and treatable. We offer hormone therapy (HT) and non-hormonal options tailored to your symptoms, health history, and preferences, all through a private async intake.

  • Combined estrogen-progesterone therapy
  • Non-hormonal options (SSRIs, gabapentin, vaginal estrogen)

Insomnia

Chronic insomnia affects millions and can seriously impact your health, mood, and quality of life. We prescribe non-habit-forming sleep aids and provide evidence-based treatment recommendations after reviewing your sleep history, current medications, and symptoms.

  • Low-dose trazodone or hydroxyzine
  • Melatonin receptor agonists
  • Sleep hygiene recommendations included

STI Treatment

If you’ve had a positive STI test or a known exposure, prompt treatment is important. We prescribe antibiotics for common bacterial STIs — chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis (early stages) — after reviewing your test results and exposure history through our secure intake.

  • Chlamydia: doxycycline or azithromycin
  • Gonorrhea: cefixime or ceftriaxone (oral, with pharmacy coordination)
  • Must provide recent lab results for prescription
