Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — after the first 3 months. This minimum commitment covers the cost of the initial lab panel and ensures continuity of care. After 3 months, cancel anytime with no fee.
Does membership cover the lab panel cost?
Yes. Members receive one standard lab panel per year at no additional cost through our partner lab network. Your provider will recommend the right panel based on your conditions.
Do you accept insurance?
No. We are a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance. This keeps pricing transparent and visits affordable and private. Many patients find our flat fees comparable to or less than typical copays.
Is this available outside Florida?
Currently Health Convenience is licensed to treat patients physically located in Florida at the time of their visit. We are working to expand to additional states.
