Ivis Alvarez, ARNP — Provider

Ivis Alvarez is a Florida-licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and a provider at Health Convenience. She brings extensive clinical expertise to our practice and is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for all conditions we treat.

Adam Leisy, MD — Medical Director

Dr. Adam Leisy is a Florida-licensed physician serving as Medical Director of Health Convenience. He oversees clinical protocols and provider practices in accordance with Florida law, ensuring that all care delivered through our practice meets the highest standards of safety and quality.

How we operate

• Florida-licensed: We are licensed to treat patients physically located in Florida at the time of their visit.
• Async-first: Most visits are completed asynchronously — you complete an intake, a provider reviews it, and you receive a response within 24–48 hours. No video call required.
• Cash-pay only: We do not accept insurance. Our flat $79 per-visit fee keeps pricing simple and private.
• HIPAA-compliant: All patient data is handled through HIPAA-secure systems. Your information is never shared without your consent.
• Pharmacy-direct: When a prescription is appropriate, it is sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
